My "Home" Page:

    Welcome to BoB2Resources !

"Permission to pancake granted ...." The way things have started to shape up since release of patch 2.02, it is time to get my act a little better sorted.

"Tower, can you give me a vector ?"

Well, this is in a nutshell, what BoB2Resources is - supposed to be - about. A place to find information, links and a hosting service for user contributions, maintained for the benefit of the BoB community.

Even though the title for this Web-Site is a "little ambitious" - taking what is on offer right now into account - it is here to serve the community of "Battle of Britain II - Wings to Victory" brought to us by "shockwave" of "Firepower" / CFS3 fame and many of those faithful souls, known as the "BDG" group. I am in no position to judge "relative merits". But I am quite convinced, the flight sim community owes a lot to those intrepid souls, who saw the immense potential of the original release of  "BoB" as brought about by "Rowan", and lived and worked to prove their believes for many years.

Please contact me with your suggestions or requests. Either sending an e-mail using the "contact" facility or PM "snip" over at the "shockwave" message board.

Cheers

This Page is supposed to be optimized for 1024x786 resolution and should resize to other sizes (including character size) - anyway, Java Script is required to use the menus

    Site News

October 8, 2005: A "yellow nose" Emil skin by "stag"  and a "Gun Cam" style user mod by "scoochy" to change the stock tracers to the "wobbly" look of cun-cam footage. And some "Informational Intelligence" in the Documents section (silhoutes, defensive armament, rudimentary performace  data for GAF airplanes.)

October 1, 2005: User Mod section added. A new Hurricane skin by "stag" is available. Links page slighty updated. Three NACA test reports are now officially available via the NASA Technical Reports Server (NTRS). Nice chaps over there ! I have uploaded them to my site, and renamed the PDF files vor easy reference. (see "Original Documents")

September 27, 2005: Things are coming a little more to life. Two Hurricane skins by "Stag" have been added and the "Documents" now have a GAF section, including some short 109-E flying instructions for download.
